Creeaza un material legat de problema fumatului dupa cum urmeaza:
1. video in format wmv, mpg, mov. de maxim 10 minute
2. fotografie in format jpeg sau gif
3. benzi desenate ala caror cadre sa nu depaseasca formatul A4. Daca sunt scanate sa fie salvate in format jpeg sau gif

Descriere

The materials produced shall support the positive aspect of a life
without tobacco.

Young people’s empowerment and involvement in issues
affecting their health and well-being should be underlined.
The contest takes place in the framework of the youth component of the EU anti-tobacco HELP campaign. The objectives of the HELP campaign are:

Give clear, essential and effective information to young people on how to prevent tobacco addiction.
Give clear and information on the effects of a tobacco addiction
Contribute to a life without tobacco.
Raise awareness among young people on the importance of smoking prevention.
Encourage young people to get actively involved in tobacco policy and advocacy and designing and implementing tobacco prevention programmes. The European Youth Manifesto on Tobacco is one of the best examples of this active involvement(click aici pentru mai multe informatii)

Categories

Four categories of materials are envisaged:

• Short videos
• “Candid cameras”
• Pictures
• Comics

Each material should focus on tobacco prevention and young people.

Main issues to keep in mind:

Messages conveyed by the materials shall be positive (neither
fearful nor threatening messages).
The images shall focus on young people.
The images should convey the message beyond linguistic and
cultural barriers, taking into consideration that it is an EU-wide
contest.

The formats allowed are the following:

• Video / candid camera: wmv, mpg, mov. The videos shall last no
longer than 10 minutes.
• Pictures: jpeg, gif (the same applies for comics, when scanned and
sent electronically).
• Comics: there is not a limit to the number of frames, but the
dimension of each comics shall not overcome the A4 page format.

Requisites for participants

Young people resident in the EU (regardless of their nationality) aged 15-35 can participate and present one item for one or more categories. However, only a single submission (and person) can be awarded.

The materials must be accompanied by the enclosed form to be filled in by the contestants with the following data:

• Forename, name, age, country of residence
• Contact details: postal address, e-mail address (optional), hp
• Category(ies) under which the contestant participate

Also a photocopy of I.D. card / residence document shall be enclosed. In case of participants under the age of 18, a photocopy of I.D. card / residence document of a responsible adult is also needed.

In case of incomplete / incorrect documentation the participant will be contacted to submit additional information and/or correct eventual mistakes within 7 days. Failure to submit this information will result in the application being rejected.
